Not difficult to make out what she's saying at all, for any native English speaker. You're just trying to call attention to yourself, with a not-so-subtle hint of racism, for who-knows-what reason. Both you and her are kind of pathetic in that way.

Frontier’s rude tickets agents, ghetto passengers, canceled and delayed flights and useless denied boarding vouchers is worth the headache because their fares are very affordable fares.

Stop pretending: You can clearly hear the woman telling the man, to get off the plane that he is delaying all of them and that they have places to go.
Whatever he then said to her, I cannot make out, but she told him that she would beat him (expletive) right here and now.
I agree with Santos (I stopped reading VFTW for that reason), but I also see why Ben tagged it because it is kind of funny. It's also a good reminder to not fly ULCCs, so it is travel relevant.
Maybe cheap fares, but ya really PAY for it in untold psychological/emotional damage, even more so if ya seek professional therapy for treatment !
