Good for Breeze.

I've not yet had a chance to fly them, but I've really only ever heard good things about the actual experience.

A year ago it looked like Breeze was done for. For now there seems to be some staying power. Avelo looks cooked. The East Coast is a very competitive marketplace. There isn't that many Hagerstown to Orlando type routes to be harvested other than with $49 fares.

I’m surprised they didn’t jump into STS. Avelo had 5 or 6 destinations and operated a base there for a while. Probably didn’t want to have a fight with AS.

Picking up Avelo's dropped LAS-STS flight seemed like a no-brainer, or at least adding other cities to STS. What a great and underserved airport and gateway to Napa/Sonoma.

Santa Rosa is a great gateway to Sonoma/Napa Wine Country and the Russian River resort areas. There is a good demand for service to that area.
For New Years, my partner and I flew Breeze from Tampa to Bangor (long story...) in First Class on Breeze and I have to say that we were both impressed.
I wish them well, they actually want their customers to have a great flight. Refreshing.

Three Breeze trips so far; two in extra leg room economy and one in First. Execution and experience both perfect. I’m a big Breeze fan.

Is there no actual announcement of routes or have they just announced new cities without saying where they will be served from?

Well, they screwed themselves over by doing deportation flights. Let’s hope that breeze doesn’t
