It’s common to see airlines providing amenity kits in first and business class, when traveling on long haul flights. I’m not typically an amenity kit hoarder — if I don’t use the contents, I usually donate them to shelters, where they can at least get good use.

So amazing collection, flown many times LH FC but only recently and only regret no more offer of Rimowa amenity kit,replaced by quite embarrassing underrate kits nowadays.
Thai FC on other side offering actually an amazing La Mer bag that containing around 2/300 eur of mix cream and lotion.
That Rimowa collection is cool, but I don't think amenity kit bags made of hard plastic are green enough in 2025 🙁
Old timer???? I got a EVA Rimowa in 2023? I am low class, rarely fly business class.
@ derek -- Hah, you're right, it seems EVA Air kept those kits around a lot longer than other airlines.

I have a Singapore Airlines amenity kit that I got at FTU a decade ago when you were throwing them out to the audience.
I used to keep a lot of that stuff, like amenity kits, PJs, KLM houses or LH ducks, but ended up throwing out most of that. I almost never wear the PJs, have no use for the amenity pouches/containers, and the LH ducks look really cheap and kind of creepy if you put them out there... I only kept the KLM houses because they can be fun decorative elements, but that's it! I was sad to get rid of all of that but it was also quite freeing 😀 .
Look at the prices on eBay! Feel like you could pay for Lufthansa F in cash just from the sale proceeds of all the Rimowa kits you have
I recall at one of the ord seminars like 10 years ago. One table at the sponsor section had a specific one in a specific color. Ben, you offered $50 cash and bought it. It seems like a steal now.
I still have all mine. The rimowa one from EVA in 2019 seems to be of lesser quality than the LH OR NH ones. The zippers aren't the same in the the recent EVA ones.
Oh boy! Wait until you have to move to another home. The amount of unnecessary stuff you will want to discard will be enormous.
You should consider donating the amenity kits and pajamas to homeless shelters and women's shelters in your area. I make a yearly trip to drop off stuff I don't use (which, frankly, is most of it) to two different organizations in the District, and they're put to great use.
I like all of these, and used to use them on tour for cables and stuff. One of my favourites is not actually an airline issued one, and is the off white x rimowa transparent one (that came packaged inside the larger models) - not because it is off white or hyped rubbish either, just different and interesting.
Oh my gosh!! Those kits are adorable!! I’ve got a few united Star Wars kits remaining but that’s about it. Gave most to friends and family over the years. They’re so much fun to give away since they’re unique
