Air Serbia will launch year-round Belgrade to Miami flights on May 20, 2027, operating twice weekly with an Airbus A330-200. It's the airline's fourth North American destination.
Like anyone in Miami wants to go to Serbia ?
It is to cater to the large Serbian and Eastern European VFR diaspora living in South Florida more than anything else. They will also attract price sensitive passengers from Central Europe who would not mind back tracking via Belgrade if they are saving Euros 300-400 per ticket.
I live in St. Petersburg ,Tampa Bay Area and we have a HUGE Serbian population on this side of Florida that I am sure won't mind the 4 hour drive to MIA for a nonstop to Belgrade. My partner and I are known to make that drive as well for nonstops to deep South America.
