Thank's, Ben. All I can do is echo your sentiments and say, given how long we've waited, the product is entirely lacklustre. Not bad...merely lacklustre. Which when you think about it, sums up Lufty in a nutshell (except for First Class).

What's to sort out ? There is nothing to fine tune. LH operates 1000s of flights, similar to this one, whether over the Atlantic at night or anywhere else in the world... The new seats are irrelevant---the fact that the food and service were bad is because its LH, not because of some new seats or plane or destination.
Thank God, urinals on mixed use lavs on planes are gross.
If we hear Ben say one more time "I don't eat pork" ---- we get it, who cares ? Your reviews of first and business class flights are sub par, since you are way too fussy with food and don't do the flights justice, since you won't eat half of the food served.....
Don't forget the surly and usually unfriendly and cold FA on Lufthansa.... even when you speak German, they are usually like robots and not very friendly
