I don't think I would want everybody to know my name, but the personalization of content is cool. I mostly read books and use the airshow myself, though.

The organization is quite big, I'm sure the people developing this have nothing to do with route planning or reliability. It is so clear that some departments (food, entertainment) have their stuff better together compared to toher departments at JetBlue.
If these people are also developing the upcoming lounges, that will be awesome!

Every single person in New York and Boston are execrable egocentrics (see: Trump, D. J.) and B6 is designed to appeal to their superior senses of self. Call a section Domestic First and it's not super-special enough for them. But keep it the same and call it Mint...

Hey, New York, your airline and pizza both suck. United and deep-dish are superior. Take that and shove it.
