All files that the FBI had were released. So it did happen. What didn't happen is that Trump was not implicated, much to the chagrin of online leftist SJWs. Once again, if Trump were in any way implicated, the Biden admin would have leaked or released it. We all know they would have, they leaked everything and anything politically expedient. This comment is incorrect. Numerous emails between Trump and Epstein discuss girls (the youngest being 13 years old at the time) in a manner that suggest Trump had or was to have sex with them. (I am a conservative and had been an appointee within the Republican Party. I can tell you that Republican members of the House and Senate acknowledge this when talking among themselves. Cult of personality members deny it.)

If you search the files you'll see that the Epstein gang almost exclusively stayed at Hyatt properties. It appears that he had globalist/diamond status. There were also emails with Hyatt owner and shareholder materials. At Marriott, he didn't even have a loyalty account. They also heavily used AmEx concierges for FHR, etc.

First, the files were under seal with the DOJ due to the ongoing Maxwell trial.
Second, you MAGA loons would never have believed it anyways and would have made up all kinds of excuses about it being a Dem hoax if any of this came out under Biden.
Third, Trump RAN ON RELEASING THESE files. Biden didn't run on releasing this shit, he was letting the DOJ work independently, as it should. Releasing the files was TRUMP's campaign promise. As part of that promise, early last year, Bondi handed out a binder saying Epstein Vol. 1 to a bunch of influencers. She claimed she had Epstein's client list on her desk and more information was coming soon. She then about-faced several months later, said case closed nothing to see here.
This information is coming out now because REPUBLICANS like Thomas Massie and MTG, who I have zero love for, broke with the party over the coverup and got bipartisan legislation passed to release it. Because if we had to rely on Trump to release it all, it would never come out. Why? Because he found out he was implicated.

While it's possible a Dem AG would run the same coverup, I disagree that a Dem Congress would refrain from impeaching somebody so obviously implicated. A *sitting Democratic US Senator* was investigated, sent to trial, and sentenced by Biden's DOJ for corruption. Google Bob Menendez. This also happened to a Democractic member of the House of Reps, Henry Cuellar (who Trump just pardoned). Likewise, Eric Adams was on the same path until Trump was elected and dropped all charges to get a quid pro quo out of Adams. The evidence against these people was clear. Democrats have shown much more willingness to hold their own accountable for lawbreaking than Republicans have.
Personally, I think if Harris had won the election we would have seen quite a few additional indictments of people implicated by the Epstein files. We didn't see it under Biden because the Maxwell case only finished its final appeals and confirmed sentencing in September 2024, 2 months before the election, and that's both a lot of evidence to sift through and runs affoul of DOJ's policy of not pursuing politically sensitive investigations immediately prior to elections.

What would the criminal charges be, and what evidence might exist that could prove them beyond a reasonable doubt? Associating with unsavoury characters is not a crime. Unless there's clear evidence that minors were directly involved, the prosecution would fail.

He gave Epstein his sweetheart deal that basically just gave him probation and in/out access from a jail cell. Guess what? Acosta was buddies with Trump and was Trump's Labor Secretary from 2017-2019, until the renewed case against Epstein forced his resignation.
Guess who was the FL Attorney General from 2011-2019, who also turned a blind eye to Epstein going back to all his old habits? Pam Bondi.
