Wow, never heard that phrase before on you blog, on basically every other airline as well..
@ Marius -- Think I've said that about Singapore, Cathay, ANA, Asiana and Lufthansa. And I stand by it.
IIRC, the Hyatt Incheon is owned by Korean Air, or it's parent company, so that explains the catering of the KE ICN lounges....the food in the main terminal F lounge is pretty decent.
KAL owns the now Grand Hyatt Incheon. KAL also has a very class based system on how things are done: the main terminal KAL lounges usually have excellent catering, also provided by the Grand Hyatt. There are no KAL flights from the satellite terminal: it's a contract lounge, treated as a contract lounge by KAL, and run very, very differently. The main terminal lounge is excellent: you are much better off in the Asiana lounge (also effectively a contract lounge) in the satellite terminal.
I am glad to see I was not the only one confused by this email. It didn't become clear until I went to their site.
