I had the read a certain sentence a couple of times to get that when Ben wrote except he meant accept.

Also, before this article, I didn't realize that Peruvian-Japanese cuisine was called Nikkei. Very interesting.

The problem with Cabo is that it is a ghetto with compounds that just magnifies the inequality in the world. And then the service providers all have brains that are not fully developed. The personify gracious incompetence. There is no infrastructure......no seriously you will drive on a two lane toll road from the airport...........and if you ever want to go out out for great food you can forget that as there isn't any.........one of the only half decent farm to table restaurants requires driving about 5 miles on a dirt rutted road............and the views and the sunsets well there's not coastal town in California that isn't better with better infrastructure and better food.............I am one and done with Cabo..........the ghetto with compounds..........

The other kool thing about this property is there is constant construction going on with a big bucket construction loader pounding and digging on the side of the cliff all day long..........that construction is going to go on for quite a while and I am certain the pounding can be heard throughout the property..........the ocean beach is roped off with buoys and all the Cabo Adventures boats and other tour boats come and dock next to the ropes so it's not exactly a private beach...........but the property does look nice from a distance if they ever finish it..........
