I don't want to imagine all the other costs once I get there.
I have been to Tahiti and I think it is one of the most expensive places on earth and I do not believe that the costs are justified. There are plenty of other beautiful places to visit that won't cost a fortune.
The thing that all Tahitian resorts need to deal with (at least for the US market) is the new requirement as of January 26 that requires a negative Covid test within 72 hours to board the return flight to the US. I think without a convenient way to get a test and a guaranteed results prior to flight time, these remote resorts will be hurting.
