Usually when I write about Emirates improving its premium cabin beverage selection, it’s because the airline is serving a new $500 bottle of wine in first class. Here’s a genuine improvement to Emirates’ beverage selection that doesn’t involve alcohol, for once.

As a charter member of The OMAAT Iced Coffee Amen Corner, I wish to add my voice to yours, Ben.

Also, more warm towels. Please.

Too old school. What can follow doing an iced version of espresso? May I suggest a hot dirty martini (a non-alcoholic version should also be offered)?

Sometimes I think it would be cool to be a professional travel blogger. Then I see articles like this and I realize that, wow, no, this is not the line of work for me.

What is the fuss about cold brews and affogato? It’s just a bored housewife thing, like putting ice in white wine,

Sorry you're being shamed for sharing something you think is neat. Imagine being upset that someone else likes something you don't care for. Cold options are great, especially on a warm day!

Really excited about this, specially on flights where I land in the morning of the next day. I wish if more airliens start picking this up as a regular option.

Couldn't agree more. Cold coffee is gross. Period. Want cold caffeine? Drink a Mountain Dew on ice. I find it so ironic that the guy who claims to love coffee lives in hotels and gets excited about this. Love coffee? Buy a proper machine - I love my Miele - and buy good beans. One of my favorite souvenirs is local espresso. Delta from Portugal, Albert from France, and Dallmayr from Germany are among my favorites.

Wonder if milk alternatives will ever become more common. Hope so!

Cold coffee is gross. Period.

While I have never encountered any establishment putting ice in white wine (except as a cocktail), I have found most establishment that sells coffee, has a cold variant offerings.

So you know something that this trillion dollar global industry doesn't?

Love coffee?
Build your own machine, grow your own beans.
Where do you draw the line that coffee lovers can't live in hotels and drink cold brew but don't have to build their own machine or grow their own beans?

You or American are not the center of the world.
