I was an Aviator Silver cardholder, so I was automatically converted to this card. It's definitely worth it for the initial period when Citi is honoring the legacy benefits. My hope is that I get the $99 companion certificate on my Aviator Silver card anniversary in few months, instead of having to wait for the 12-month conversion anniversary.

At $350 I'm not sure the card is worth it past year 1. But at $199 from the Aviator Silver transition the card is a definitely keeper. The LP flight segment boost is huge and so are the AA hotel benefits.

If you were an Aviator Silver member and converted to this card, do you get the mileage bonus after 5,000$ of spend?
