Thanks for the weekly summary Lucky and the update on the Marriott Rewards - SPG merger car crash. Although I'm not as disadvantaged as some of your other followers, I haven't been able to log into my Marriott Rewards account since early August, a 20,000 Starpoints transfer to BA made in the second week of August is still in limbo and the total number of 2018 nights in my SPG account doesn't add up.
Waiting it out and in the interim it looks like I will use airline booking sites to book hotel stays and take the bonus air miles instead.
