Do you have a family of 4, want to go into CSR lounges, and don't want to deal with two sets of very annoying CSR coupons? If so, welcome to the $195 AU fee that is worth it.

You forgot to mention that authorized user does not get their own chase login or cant add the card to their existing chase login.
This would be useful for looking up properties for the edit credit. Amex allows own login for AU and its a must for the FHR credit.
Note: as you stated, AU doesnt get their own hotel credit, but shares it with primary user.
