Go to Gelateria San Crispino near Trevi Fountain. Best gelato in Rome.

From a Roman, forget San Crispino. The best gelato in Rome (or at least the one you can reach more or less with ease) is Settimo Gelo, a 5 min Uber ride from S.Peters.

For some gourmet pizza to go, try Pizzarium in the vicinity.

Forget gelato and pizza...grab some porchetta and a tall Antoniana (although pizzarium bonci is probably the only place I would recommend for a good and unique take on the pizza)!

FYI Porto Cervo will be pretty dead this week, it's hectic up until the end of August then it literally dies, most people leave and half the shops and restaurants close in the first two weeks of September. Still a pretty town to see though.

You and Ford should do the Roman Food Tour. It was an awesome experience learning about and eating some REAL Italian food. Well worth the time and money. Ask for Jess, she's the best and from Tampa as well.

Delta is starting a new battle with EK regarding it's code-share agreement with Jet Blue
