You should have told them that the card doubles as your hotel room key and see if they wanted a demonstration of how that works? For real, if you are Platinum the Hyatt buys you the Global Entry and then gives you a universal card that is programmed via satellite based on your reservations and room assignment…………….

I must have just missed you at the airport. I saw the same crew. I assume you also saw the candy-cane socks and the big elf-ear hats?! They all stayed at my hotel the night before. Haha.
