Admirals Club / FL Agent Assistance Desks & Partner Airline Agents

In general do partner airlines assign their agents at a desks inside AA lounges. 

I have seen BA agents in the ORD and JFK lounges. In the past QF had agents in LAX. And the joint lounge at HNL has AA agents inside what historically has been the JL lounge

I have a specific question about LAX — I arrive on AA from SFO on ticket A and depart to HND on JL on ticket B.  I plan to OLCI and the issue will be moot. But should there be an issue with OLCI, I’m hopping there is a JAL agent in the T4 AC or TBIT oneworld lounge so I will not need to go landslide.

Lounge access will not be in issue if I ned to wait on an agent to start their shift.
