Ben - when are you going to release the review of the hotel in Sarasota? I'm guessing that you reviewed either the Hyatt Regency or the new Westin opposite Marina Jack (and the Sailor kissing statue), given the poor reviews that the Ritz-Carlton gets (both the one in town and the on on St. Armands Square). Out of interest, did you visit Anna Maria Island or Longboat key while you were there?

I think it's Art Ovation -- a real gem in Sarasota. Much more personality and interest than the Westin or Ritz (full disclosure: stayed in the latter, just had meetings in the former).
So...Steve and Alex posted the same thing...hm.
Speaking of reports not yet posted, when are we getting the MEA/Beirut trip report?
My Chase BA credit card is telling me I can use Avios to pay the fees on BA award flights.
Anyone know what the rate is for that? They don;t say - just tell you to call the number on the back of the card to book.

Thanks, that is poor. To wipe out a $500 fee would therefore take 100,000 Avios!
