"I was hanging out with my mom, Mommy Points, and her guest, ..."

I read that to mean that "Mommy Points" is your mom. Then I clicked over to her blog, where she says she's the 30something mother of a 3 year old. Then I re-read your sentence and realized what you really meant.

@ Snic -- LOL! FYI, Mommy Points blog is Macy's to Lucky's Victoria's Secret according to this famous interview by MilesForFamily blogger -- https://onemileatatime.com/

This sounds like a cool event. Would be nice though if SPG did something on a weekend for out-of-town members who can't make it to NYC mid-week.

That's awesome you got to meet Monica Seles!!! I didn't see the SPG pavilion at all when I went to the US Open the other day. Did you and your mom ever go to your seats to watch the live tennis?

Haha this is hilarious! Things often times turn out this way. When I have 3 or 4 glasses of wine I get into ultra productivity mode. Clean the house, read 200 pages, etc...

The pic in MommyPoints post looks like it was taken in Louis Armstrong Stadium, not Ashe Stadium. Did you guys get different seats than the "Lower Promenade" seats advertised for those paying $165 per ticket? Also, since there is a fairly big variation in Lower Promenade seats, do you remember what Row your seats were in? They seem to offer this $165 deal every year, and if they are in Row A I'd be much more apt to do it than if there were in Row L.

Just a quick note, but I'm pretty sure that on the table with the "SPG" logo, these are macarons, not cupcakes.

@ Mandrake -- I had about a dozen of them while mildly inebriated, they were definitely cupcakes. 😉

Maybe Daddypoints is a bit perturbed.

I thought I'd wait a bit to post this comment... let things cool down.
