I frequently forget that the gold card also has a $100 hotel credit like the platinum card which when I remember I use for dining.
My dunkin credits are piling up. I'll use it to buy water when I'm traveling and have to rely on bottle water. Beyond that and am occasional ice coffee in the summer there is nothing in dd that interests me.
How is it possible to use the Gold Card's $100 hotel credit for dining? AFAIK it is only possible when you book a 2-night stay on the Amex Travel Portal.

The Uber credit is generally worthless. Typically whenever there is a $10 Amex credit in my account Uber jacks up the fare by $10 and then presents a "net" price $10 less.
