Malaysia Airlines says the AKL listing was a mistake, and the A350 will *not* be flying to Auckland (so that was quite the 'Oops' moment for somebody at MH!)

Lucky just further backing up Davids point that Malaysia wont be flying the a350 to Auckland only Tokyo so that is false information that they will be as it was a mistake

Actually the most worthwhile option is to do something like AUH-SIN-KUL-NRT or NRT-KUL-BKK-DOH for 50k AA miles in F... get the MH A350 in F and just tag on a BKK-DOH QR A380 F or AUH-SIN 789 F.
