Did I hear the flight attendant say something quickly in the video to the person recording about no phones (meaning no recording)? I may have easily misheard it, but if they did say that, this must be the third or fourth time I've seen a flight attendant tell a passenger to stop recording when all it was doing was helping. Not only the airline, but helping us all.
Is he saying that it's okay for conservative f*ggots to remain on the plane? You know, like the child molesting GOP congressman Mark Foley. Or, is he saying that it's okay for liberal heteros to remain on the plane. I'm just not sure.
He needed to get a few sexist comments in there too. Then he's have hit the trifecta.
TMZ has two additional videos of him throwing racial slurs, threatening to shoot and stab people, and ultimately being detained. Nice way to ruin your employment prospects forever.
Why is everyone cheering a guy getting fired for being an idiot off the clock? I have no idea how valuable he is to Glaxo, but we should all hold on before insisting on someone losing their job for being a moron on video.
Does one automatically get fired after a DUI or any other misdemeanor? I don't think so.
Just because a moron gets recorded doesn't mean he/she should lose their job. I would think most of the stone throwers here have had unflattering moments in life that never went viral.

1) The guy talked about his company publicly, so he made it his company's business
2) The guy's comments demonstrate deep racist, homophobic and sexist beliefs... No matter how drunk you are, throwing around slurs like that indicate you think like that while sober too. Companies don't want to employ hardcore bigots.
So some low life was drunk on a plane . Everyone in 2022 has a phone that can record videos. Who gives a shit ? If you care about this guys opinions you may want to explore your own insecurities.

Well, if one is going to go on an embarrassing rant, one might as well go all out. I mean, you already mentioned that he was drunk, so that's a pretty good explanation. Drunks aren't generally known for their moderation.

OR Imagine you have a business and one of your employees does this and mentions your business name. Would you give him a mulligan?

I get that defending the indefensible is the order of the day with some people but if this is the kind of trash you defend I can only assume you’re trash too.
If one had an “unflattering moment” like this, then one deserves to be fired. I hope, you don’t have kids. And if you do, you reevaluate your life choices. This behavior is absolutely a fireable offense, and if you think it’s not, you need immediate help.
As much as you hope this person doesn't have kids. Loss of Roe v. Wade guarantee your odds are worse. Can't wait to see how ugly it gets 15 years from now.

Fortunately I have never seen this type of behavior on Delta. The airline seems to attract people who know how to behave themselves in a respectable manner.

It's really too bad that he apparently only knows about 20 words, most of them demeaning. There is no question between him and the women that he is talking to, who is more intelligent and respectable. I applaud his company and I'm sure this was not the first incident that he caused showing his true person to his employer. Narcissistic bigots like this don't think there is anything wrong with the way they feel, so they have no need to hide it.
Well, remember that he started out by being "inappropriate" to the woman sitting beside him in the first place... and in my experience, it takes pretty extreme inappropriate behavior to get someone removed from a plane. So I think he managed to hit sexist by that route. Groping the woman next to you is sexist behavior.
