I am a Key West resident that has evacuated to Nashville - so our family is together and safe. I had a flight scheduled out of Key West on Sat Sept 9th on Delta that I was able to reschedule to Wed Sept 13th for free. Yesterday I was contacted by Delta that EYW was shut down indefinitely and issued a FULL refund. Delta also reinstated the companion certificate I used from my Delta Platinum card. If you call, Delta is providing a call back service that was perfect- only 45 minutes. In the end Delta handled everything perfect given the situation!!
I live in Jacksonville and have lived in Tampa Bay and Orlando for a long time (just moved out). Right now I live in Jacksonville and I can tell you it was strong. And it barely hit us. Can't imagine for Tampa and Orlando as well as Miami
P.s. MIA got damaged quite a bit.
