As was announced earlier in the year, Air Canada has an exciting opportunity to build a loyalty program from the ground up, as they're discontinuing their relationship with Aeroplan in 2020. I can't wait to see what they come up with, because they have some great folks working in loyalty there. In the interim, Air…

Ben, it has already been announced that this benefit will be in Bundle 1. See here for the updated selection charts: https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/altitude/program-overview/program-updates-2018.html

Being Toronto based, I think Air Canada is usually my last choice as their fares are expensive and they assume people will pay more because of the nonstop options out of here. The lowest they will go on an LHR or LGW is about C$700 while wow will usually offer something for $400. They just advertised a “Sale Fare” to Brussels for $1015 roundtrip. My last Air Canada flight was in 2011.

Any technology perk that makes it possible for my office to connect to me in the air is a bad deal. That 3 hour flight is my sanctuary!

My opinion: it's 2017. All major carriers should have free, unlimited, super fast wifi. Get with the times.

Dunno, Air Canada holds the flying Canadian public hostage with high prices and lousy customer service. They once managed to serve salad spiked with broken glass to me in business class on a transatlantic flight and 'compensated' me afterwards with a 100$ voucher toward future flights. Kind of over my dead body, no matter how much wifi they throw at their Altitude elites.

I am a 75K for this year. But I will be purchasing a 6 months unlimited pass. As Air Canada is offering a super elite status when you buy business class unlimited monthly pass, will they offer this option when they upgrade me to 100k ? Thank you for letting me kniw
