another flamboyant addition that tries to distract you from the horrid devaluations going on. While people are looking at this or EQM on award flights, they get away with: massive earn cuts for mid tiers, still no mix partner, blocking all CX J/F seats, blocking all HU redemptions, not raising the 72 hour lock for booking awards as stated to be "temporary", buggy new interface cannot recognize many basic transits, cutting elite benefits into pieces and reward at higher levels and you have to choose among the ones you used to all get, axing AA SWU... Do I need to continue?
