I saw both of Air Belgium’s A340s at Schiphol on Sunday. One was parked by a gate and one was taxiing to take off on the Polderbaan. (Pretty sure they weren’t the same plane, but it could’ve left the gate and started taxiing before my plane did and I just missed it) Was very cool to see such a rare plane nowadays but I was wondering what they would be doing in Amsterdam.

Air Belgium currently operates the Amsterdam to Paramaribo route as a wet lease for Surinam Airways.
