You know, I’m starting to think it’s time to give up and just start flying US airlines internationally. Why? The air nozzles! I am sick and tired of flying top notch airlines and feeling like I’m in a sauna. Can someone please explain to me WHY non-US airlines typically don’t have individual air nozzles at seats? I was trying to sleep on my Swiss flight, but it was just too damn hot. If you’re not going to have air nozzles, at least make the cabin a bit colder. People can always dress in layers and use blankets, but there is only so much we can take off without getting in trouble.
So why don’t they have air nozzles? Can they not afford them (of course they can), do they think we don’t value them, or do they just want to torture us?
As I arrived in Zurich and walked to the lounge, I was further disappointed that the lounge was also hot as all heck. Then I finally got to the remote gate, where it was even hotter. I was steaming by that point (no pun intended).
I was so happy to get on the (crappy regional configuration) A321 to London for one reason: air nozzles!
