Worst A380 Hard Product
Which airline operating the A380 do you think has the worst hard product onboard the aircraft?
I’d have to say British Airways, due to lack of innovation, reverse seating in business class (you feel crammed in like sardines).
Air France is the only airline with angled, instead of lie-flat seats on their A380s. That makes them worst by a hard product standpoint.
Worst soft product is more subjective, and usually not A380 specific

I’d have to agree. its first class and business class are ridiculously outdated. the economy class also needs refreshing. It seems AF is in no hurry to refurbish its A380s which is puzzling since it has top notch first and biz seats in its 777s.
I’d probably say AirFrance.
Their First Class on this aircraft is the least private of any First Class on an A380. They dont do anything creative with the space on the front of the upper deck (neither do a bunch of other airlines, though Emirates has showers, Etihad’s residence, etc).
Their business class is 2-2-2 angle flat. At least other airlines with 2-2-2 business class on the A380 have lie flat seats.
Also, while not uncomfortable, some of the planes have an old economy product where the entertainment screen is small.
Lastly, they dont have a plan to update the interiors and hard products on the A380 until 2020 and they dont specifically say if they’re putting the same, excellent new first/business class seats they have on the 77W/787 on the A380….
