Jennifer, what are your reasons for moving? Are there some specific features you are looking for? It sounds like you might benefit from some personalized consulting based around your needs yourself. Right, it really depends on what you don’t like about United.
American is a bit better in terms of operational reliability (but not as good as Delta), and the overall route network for oneworld isn’t really competitive with Star Alliance or SkyTeam.
