So on United’s Polaris update website it says 13 out of 14 767’s have been completed for the Polaris upgrade. So I was thinking, since I fly so many 767’s of UA, I’d be on one soon with the new seating. But, all my future flights on UA 767’s show the old seating? So if they are almost done, why are so many of us still flying in the old seating on 767’s. If they have more than 14…isn’t that “false” advertising?

Don’t give up hope. On a trip to Europe last November I had the old config on the way over and it looked like the old config on the way back until a day or two before my return flight. Then we got the new layout. So things could still change.

Based on Lucky’s post only select 767-300s are equiped with the new seat, so that leaves a handful of -300s and all -400s with the old seat.
