My seat does not exist

My seat does not exist

    Hi Lucky,

I am flying Delta soon from Los Angeles to Sydney the flight number is 0041 which is a 777-200LR. I have just checked my seats that I reserved and supposably I have seat 20A when looking at the seat map, on seat guru and the delta website it tells me economy starts at 29 and business class end at 12. So this would mean my seat is non existing. Have you had this issue before ? Should I contact Delta?

Marcel, Delta’s own website matches what you stated above. I’d definitely give them a call.

Yes had this before on Iberia A340-300 ad was given the seat that didn’t exist. If you do not have a free option to change your seat I’d personally not worry. This is something to do with how often SGuru updates their data and Delta possibly refreshing their configurations OR if they charter an out-of-fleet aircraft for that particular flight.
