Jet Airways Damaged Bag

Jet Airways Damaged Bag

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky and co.

So, I purchased a Jet Airways Business Class fare from Paris to Delhi via Mumbai.

Suitcase badly damaged when it came off the belt at Mumbai. I had used that suitcase for years, without a single problem.

They said that they would repair or replace it. They took it away last Thursday. It is now Wednesday. I keep calling their Baggage Handling Dept and they keep giving me the runaround, asking for an extra 48 hours.

Can you believe it? I am stuck in Delhi, as I need a suitcase (obviously!) to shift my clothes etc. around.

All this… after travelling paid Business Class with them!!

To everyone else: I’d suggest avoiding Jet Airways. I took them, after having one leg of an Etihad Business Class on a Jet Airways aircraft, and thinking that their aircraft and business class hard product looked fine. This is a mistake. There’s lots of problems (including check-in etc.). My advice: stick with Etihad!

    N.
