Nothing is good on non stops, best business class would be either NH through TKO or CX through HKG.
Best experience would be UA to HNL then Island Hopper throguh GUM to MNL.

You have lots of options, Philippine Airlines flies nonstop, they have angled seats but I believe some of their newer planes are lie flat seats. I’ve heard they are actually pretty comfy for angled seats and they have wifi but their prices are usually crazy. I would say EVA or Japan Airlines have the best product. EVA was a great experience, especially if you are using United miles, however I’m partial to Japan Airlines. If you like privacy their sky suite is awesome, some complain it’s too closed but the seat is as wide as a lot of first class seats and the windows seats have more room. It was also nice that two people can sit next to each other with one having a window and both having direct aisle access. I was a big fan of their dine on demand with the ability to order from your remote too.
