Bachelor party ‘trip’

Bachelor party ‘trip’

  1. Anonymous Guest

    hello lucky,

This may seem an odd question but having read your sight for over a year now I thought who better should know……

I’m due to be married at the end of the year and that calls for the question of ‘bachelor parties’ – the usually clubs and drinks doesn’t interest me however despite the fact I travel ALOT with work and I love to fly I thought I could have sort of a bachelor trip.

Some how is like to experience some decent long haul flights on a few different airlines (rather than the ones I am familiar with for work) and see if I can get as close to around the world as is possible. Being a bachelor party of course buisness and first class is a must – but I have a limited budget (around £3k GBP)

What’s your best recommendation for the max distance / time in the air in a business/ first product. I frequently fly with Emirates and have experienced their first and Business on both A380 and 777 versions, old and new alike.

But this middle eastern method is one f the best…….

If I can’t do round the world what would you suggest? I live in the UK. I don’t mind loads of connections or just a single return trip – I just want to maximise my time ‘travelling’ for the sake of travelling before I settle down with my beautiful fiancé and the children that will follow limit me to the south of France and easy jet flights – 😉

Appreciate anything you can think of / help me with.

    Thanks so much in advance.

hi Nathan, congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Usually a bachelor party implies a “party”. So are you planning to travel with multiple people on this trip? If so you probably know that a budget of 3kGBP is probably unrealistic…

If you’re just planning to fly around by yourself, you probably just have to hunt around to see what might be possible. RTW may be difficult but maybe you could fly to asia and back? This post might be helpful:

It’s also worthwhile checking airline websites since they will sometimes release fares that can only be booked directly. Good luck.
