AA Embraer 175s
I think I may have made a mistake booking a return LGA-MIA flight on the Embraer 175?
My thought was smaller plane with plenty of seats in Biz would be a calmer experience than the (in)famous 737MAX. But, now, I am thinking I need to pack a smaller rollerboard/ pack less for winter trip for it to fit in the smaller overheads (on the left side of the plane when walking down the aisle at boarding).
Can anyone remind me if I can take a normal rollerboard (20″)? Or, do I need to take a smaller one (18 or less)? Thanks.
Thinking it’s a lame question of mine. LOL. Will just go for the smaller 18″ roller board and simply take less with me to NYC.
Okay. Flight was last weekend.
Will not be selecting the small jet again, for certain. When flying in the easily accessible Biz class, there is no food for this 3 hour flight. The 737-8 MAX is looking pretty good for all fights in the future. HUGE overhead bins and tons of power outlets.
New fan of 737-8 MAX
How do you feel about the bathrooms? I havent flown on it yet but I hear it’s TINY.
I have read the discussions on the “738 Max bathrooms”. I don’t spend more than 3 mins in an airplane bathroom so I am not the best one to review. As a man, its very simple and easy. And I always clean up after my use so its better than when I entered.
Bathrooms: Stupid issue unless one is very overweight.
Overhead Bins: HUGE bonus.
Internet: Works well.
Entertainment: One must download GOGO before hand and it works very well.
Outlets: Each seat = very nice!
