We are all aware that SIA delayed the roll out of their Premium Economy in Sep this year. Well I made a PEY booking that was after this delay roll out based on the new roll out dates and guess what ! It got delayed again and now I’m bumped down to regular cattle with no notification.
Seriously I read your blog with lots of affection but you might want to consider toning down a few notches of praises to SIA. They are really making a mess out of themselves at expense of the customer litterally (with no compensation this time).
I am one of their Elite Gold and (a drop away from PPS which I intentionally want delay but that another story altogether) and this is how they treat us.
