Ritz-Carlton Yachts compensation

Ritz-Carlton Yachts compensation

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi
I had booked a cruise on the Ritz- Carlton Yacht for next March, which was subsequently cancelled by them due to the ship not being ready.
I decided to get a refund as per their terms, which was credited back to my credit card.
However, they also undertook to pay my change fees on the hotels and flights I booked independently.
I claimed them two weeks ago and have not even had an acknowledgement of my emails.
There were four of us booked on the cruise, one couple for their honeymoon and the other for a major milestone birthday, so we were devastated when it was cancelled.
My question is, has anybody else received any compensation for these cancelled cruises or are Ritz-Carlton just not interested in helping the people who got refunds.
    Thanks
