Expanded C1 building at Sea-Tac airport to hold lounges.
I was reading a Port of Seattle commission meeting agenda dated June 26,2018 , and happened across item 8b, the C1 building. This building currently houses a few dining/retail tenants in front, and TSA offices in back. Due to a lack of space for dining/retail, the port is exploring adding floors to the building, moving the TSA offices, creating a larger public space for dining and retail. Mentioned in the presentation by port staff to the commission, is that a couple of the new floors would be dedicated to new lounges. One commission member questioned if there were tenants for the proposed lounge space, to which the staff member replied that there were letters of interest and commitment from two existing tenants. Those tenants expressed that they would lease the space as soon as it is built and in fact would like to have the port build it as quick as they can.
The only two tenants I could think of would be the Centurion Lounge, and Alaska.
Any thoughts?

Would be a great idea – the Centurion lounge is always pretty full when I pass by. However, they expanded not too long ago so I cant imagine them moving to a different area or operating two locations at SEA.
