I don’t necessarily agree with that United 3411 passenger’s removal. But there are a lot of ways to resolve that. For him to protest by refusing to leave the aircraft even when the “aviation security” group showed up was not any better than the policy that he was against. United agents didn’t drag him down the aisle. If I had been a passenger on that flight – I think I probably would have supported his removal at that point – when officers tell you to do something – you do it. But then he charged back on the airplane. So perhaps that is when he received his broken nose and split lip. Regardless – it was not a United staffer that beat him up.

What I am mainly disappointed at is YOU handled this. First you thought UA wasn’t necessarily wrong – then suddenly, when this became a big debate in the press – you had to turn on your heels and apologize. I’ve seen this happen on other reviews you have done. Take a stand and be your own thinker. It was a gutless thing to do because you were afraid. And with that – I have unsubscribed from your newsletter.

Well at the beginning, all the facts weren’t there and as more information was released, opinions change. I dont see what the issue is there. However, you are entitled to your own opinions as well.
