    I heard reports that the CX First and Business lounges had reopened. I asked them and they confirmed it has. It seems to be larger, have an updated design, and many other new things. Here is the piece of (translated) text I received:

The VIP Lounge will officially open on Wednesday, December 7, and is the only facility outside Hong Kong International Airport to provide independent VIP rooms for first-class and business customers.The Heathrow Airport’s premier and business lounge is designed by Studioilse, a London-based studio designed by renowned designer Ilse Crawford.
