Could this be QR “Super Business” class seat?
I just saw this video on YouTube from Panasonic about their new concept of business class seats. It does match a lot of specifications that QR has been claiming about their new seats, especially the enclosed door to make it like a suite (at 0:36, the video seems to show the passenger slide closing a door/screen for more privacy). The only thing missing is that the center seats in this configuration aren’t a double-bed, so that might be something they will be working on?

hmm, maybe, QR’s J seat on the 787, A350, and A380 are made by B/E and the Panasonic Waterfront seat shown by you is made in conjunction with B/E. Usually an airline stays with the same manufacturer for a while so there is a possibility. I wonder how a double bed would be possible with a reverse herringbone seat though
