Does anyone every have trouble with SPG points posting, specifically for their “green initiative” and the welcome gift? I’ve had to call and request these after my stay. I might be nitpicking and should verify at checkin/checkout but I’m also curious about everyone else’s experience.
Mine have posted fine in the past. Is this a particular property?
Occasionally the welcome gift doesn’t post, but with the green initiative I almost always have to call and have it manually adjusted. At this point I just save up a few stays and call about them all at once.
It was at 2 different properties. Each hotel was great about it and getting it fixed without further issue though
