I know it’s really straightforward for a single person to stack AMEX FHR and Marriott elite benefits, but can a couple do the same?

My wife has the AMEX Platinum and I am Marriott Titanium. Can she book our hotel reservation with AMEX FHR and somehow note my Bonvoy membership? Has anyone ever done this?
