    I have an upcoming AirBnB stay in Palma, Spain and the host is asking me to sign a lease agreement. Has anyone encountered this? The host claims it is a change in Spanish law.

    Not to ask a basic question, but do you speak Spanish? I wonder if “lease agreement” just got lost in translation and is actually just the contract that is outlined here:
