Hyatt Points plus Cash in Australia

Hyatt Points plus Cash in Australia

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky,
I was looking at the points plus $ rate at the Park Hyatt Sydney. They are showing 15K points plus AUS$333. At current exchange rates that’s about US$230. That’s about $70 less than the 15K plus US$300 which is what Hyatt says Cat 7 hotels are. Do you know if Hyatt will up the co-pay to $300 when I book, or will they charge in foreign currency and then apply the exchange rate. Thanks!

I think the points + cash rate is refundable? If so, why not make the booking and see how the charge ends up.
