Anonymous GuestHas anyone encountered a recent difference in booking the 4th night free benefit on the phone with the concierge? My last experience was a few months ago – no problems. I just called tonight, and they were unable to give me any sort of AAA rate or apply any corporate discount code. They had the hyatt 20% off rate for WOH members, and all of the standard rates though. They told me in order to apply corporate codes, I’d have to book a standard rate, then call the hotel and have them apply the AAA rate or corporate code.
