Hi Lucky & Readers,

i booked a 2-night hotel stay on Cathay’s website in Oslo and attempting to cancel it.
In their first response, the travel agency would charge me 1 night fee ~3979 TWD.
What do you make of this Cancellation Term ?

Cancellation terms:
We understand that sometimes your travel plans change. We do not charge a change or cancel fee. However, this property (Park Inn by Radisson) imposes the following penalty to its customers that we are required to pass on:
Cancellations or changes made after 5:00 PM ((GMT+02:00)) on Apr 2, 2020 are subject to a 1 Night Room & Tax penalty. If you fail to check-in for this reservation, or if you cancel or change this reservation after check-in, you may incur penalty charges at the discretion of the property of up to 100% of the booking value.

From Thu, 02 Apr 2020 17:00 (GMT+00:00) onwards TWD 3,979.44
