Booking through Chase Luxury Hotel & Resort Collection question

Booking through Chase Luxury Hotel & Resort Collection question

  1. Clem Diamond

    Hi there!

So I’m looking to book a Hyatt hotel through Chase’s Luxury Hotel & Resort Collection, since breakfast is included it is quite interesting for a few days long stay.

I know that booking through them allows to accumulate points and get credit for the stay, however I’m wondering if I would be allowed to upgrade my room using points? Hyatt allows suite upgrades using points when a room is booked through their standard rate (I did it many times), but I want to make sure that this can happen when booking through Chase’s LHRC as well.

    Thank you 🙂 !

You could try making the booking and then contact the property to see if they process an upgrade.
