Marriott has Bonvoyed customers yet again. When I inquired why my Birthday Elite Night Credit was not issued last week, Customer Service informed me that “The Birthday Elite Night Credit has been paused. We are reevaluating how to recognize member birthdays in 2020 and hope to have more information soon.”
Yes, it is only one night, but some years every night credit is needed.
Has anyone received their Elite Night Credit

My birthday is in December and I did not get the elite night credit either. Thankfully, I think it would have been night 83 for me last year, so I didn’t bother and just assumed it went away. I’m totally with you though that the amount of negative changes from Marriott is a major letdown. However, with or without the birthday credit, I’m still happily loyal to them (probably to a fault )
