When does Etihad put up Sales for Business class?
I am travelling back home this summer, I am looking forward to flying with Etihad on a round trip in their Business Class from JFK to DEL (12th May-28th August). They had a sale on business class last week, but the sale is over now. Would anyone know how often Etihad puts up its Business class for sale?
I dont think there is a specific cycle for fare sales. I’d just keep checking. Some websites lets you create alerts – i think Kayak and Google Flights have this function
Thanks David! Do you have any recommendations for alternatives to Etihad Airways flying out of JFK?
@Everjoy Lamin almost every major alliance has flights to India from JFK. Is there something specific that you are looking for? If it is just cheap J fares then setting alerts like @David W mentioned and monitoring the premium cabin fares forum at flyertalk is probably your best option. Good luck!
I dont think you can go wrong with any of the ME3 carriers – Etihad, Emirates and Qatar, especially if you can fly on Etihad’s A380 from JFK, Etihad’sB789 from Washington, any of Emirates’ A380s or Qatar’s new A350s with service from JFK, PHL and BOS.
If you are willing to position to IAD then AF is selling J tickets for $2.5K at the moment.
If you have miles that can get you to India, then there are cheaper ways to buy a R/T from India and use the return next year.

Cathay sell J tickets out of Colombo (CMB) for just under $1800 year round.
